How we run things

SIP is a bartending service; this means that you buy the alcohol, and we serve it! This allows you to have full control over what beverages are served, save some moolah buying direct and no alcohol license is required on our end!

SIP can hang around for as short or as long as you require, our packages cover a range of hire times to cater your event. If SIP’s time options don’t quite suit your needs, please reach out and let us know what you have in mind. We are more than happy to work something out, after our minimum 4hr booking.

SIP requires about an hour and half to set up, this also varies depending on location, venue, and any requests you may have. This set up time does not cut into your package deal and has no extra costs.

We are based in Hawke’s Bay but love to venture out and about around our beautiful country. Travel over 30k outside of Hawke’s Bay (Napier/Hastings) may have additional fees. Please contact us and we can create a quote based on your needs.

Our packages cater for events of up to 100 people. If you are interested in a smaller or larger event, please get in touch with us and we will create a quote based on your needs.
